EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL LICENCES

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Maryland in 1995, in the concentration of Water Resources. I have over 28 years of experience as a civil engineer in the Washington Metropolitan Area. I am licensed in DC, Maryland and Virginia. My expertise lies in developing code-compliant, sustainable solutions that meet the evolving needs of both residential and commercial projects and work closely with the local regulatory agencies to ensure smooth and timely plan approvals.
